Some examples of current research projects include:<\/p><ul  class=\"fndry-list fndry-d--flex fndry-flex--col\"><li\n\t class=\"fndry-list-item\">\n\tCollaboration with BC Centre for Substance Use on ethnographic study of adolescents admitted to the hospital with severe substance use and\/or concurrent disorders.<\/li>\n<li\n\t class=\"fndry-list-item\">\n\tPilot study of Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescent (MARS-A), mindfulness based intervention for adolescents with psychological distress, with or without co-occurring chronic pain and\/or chronic illness.<\/li>\n<li\n\t class=\"fndry-list-item\">\n\tResearch into the ways that adolescents\u2019 with disabilities navigate major transitions (high school, adulthood).<\/li>\n<li\n\t class=\"fndry-list-item\">\n\tInvestigations of foster co-parenting that enhances youths\u2019 cultural engagement, integration into the family, and well-being.<\/li>\n<li\n\t class=\"fndry-list-item\">\n\tCase series of adolescents admitted to the hospital with severe substance use and\/or concurrent disorders.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h3 class=\"fndry-heading\">Adolescent Health
