This website is the central hub for the Diabetes Transformation Project (DTP), a collaborative effort led by BC Children\u2019s Hospital to improve diabetes care for children and youth across BC. Explore our projects, including the BC Pediatric Diabetes Registry (BC-PDR), and learn how you can take part in creating better care and support for families living with diabetes.<\/p>

The DTP is a BC Children\u2019s Hospital initiative that aims to improve the lives and health outcomes of children living with diabetes across British Columbia.<\/p>

We work with families, healthcare providers, researchers, and decision-makers to design, test, and share innovative approaches to diabetes care. By working with experts who truly understand the challenges of a diabetes diagnosis, we aim to make diabetes care more supportive, accessible, and effective for the children and families who need it.<\/p>
