Congratulations to the BC Children\u2019s Hospital Research Institute (BCCHR), Women\u2019s Health Research Institute (WHRI), and Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute (VCHRI) investigators and their teams who were awarded funding through the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Spring 2024 Project Grant competition. Several of our research community members received around $5 million in new research grants as principal investigators or co-investigators.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

BCCHR investigators had a funding success rate of 23.8 per cent, compared to the national average of 15.3 per cent.<\/p>\n\n
