Position Information
ADSU regularly has data platform specialist intern, co-op and trainee opportunities on campus at BC Children’s Hospital for university students interested AI development roles. Positions are full-time, Monday-Friday, for either four months term for co-op students or a four-month summer studentship.
We request that students offered a position make an effort to apply for all awards they are eligible for.
Please look below for details about the positions, available student awards, and the application form. Key months to check for when new cycles begin are November, March, and July.
Please note that applications emailed directly to BCCHR ADSU investigators will not be accepted.
Co-op Positions
Co-op student positions run for a minimum of four months, starting from either January (Winter), May (Summer), or September (Fall).
The selection process for these positions occurs four months before the starting term. You must first apply through your university’s job portal and complete our application form on this page.
Undergraduate & Graduate Summer Studentships
Summer student positions run for four months, from May through August.
The selection process for these positions opens in November and closes in the middle of January.
If you are accepted as a summer student you will be responsible to apply for and obtain your own funding. A non-exhaustive list of funding awards can be found in the drop-down options below.
