Clare Beasley

Investigator, BC Children's Hospital

The major aim of my research is to identify changes in the brains of individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder that may elucidate the etiology of these disorders and provide clues to novel treatments. Current projects focus on white matter pathology and inflammation. In addition, we study the effects of antipsychotic medications on the brain.
