We know that mentorship is a proven and powerful tool in maintaining a healthy, strong, and supportive workplace. We aim to provide members of the BCCHR research community with support and broad opportunities for professional and personal development.

Our mentors include researchers, postdoctoral fellows, administrative leaders and specialists, research managers, and graduate students.
