Introduction to the Indigenous Background Variant Library (IBVL): Accessing and Navigating the IBVL
Join Silent Genomes Project team members Dr. Wyeth Wasserman, Emma Ewasuik, and Brad Winter as they walk through a live demonstration of the IBVL during the IBVL Training Workshop held on April 10, 2025. Briefly learn about the creation and contents of the IBVL, as well as what to expect from the registered access model. Then, dive into some common queries used for accessing specific variants within the IBVL and view the variant information displayed as a result.
